Four in a Row — Rules

VOG — Vinco Online Games

Cylinder

A 7×6 board, four in a row, a two-game match, unrated. The left and right edges of the board are joined, as if the board were rolled into a tube: column a follows column g.

So a row may run off one edge and continue on the other: for example f1, g1, a1, b1 is four in a row. Diagonals wrap around the same way.

At the table the edge columns are repeated semi-transparently: column g is shown to the left of a, and column a to the right of g. A row that wraps around is highlighted on both sides.

The cylinder has no centre: all columns are equal, and classic openings do not apply.
