Pairs

A 15×15 board, 7 colours, four players in two pairs. Partners stand in opposite corners and the turn goes around the table: you, an opponent, your partner, the other opponent.

• You may take your partner's colour: your areas do not merge, they just border each other.
• You may not take your own colour or the colours of both opponents.
• A free region that borders only your pair goes to the pair at once.

A pair's score is the sum of the partners' cells. The match is two games: in the second the pairs swap corners and the first move. At 1–1 the pair with more cells over both games wins. If one partner runs out of time, the pair loses the match.
