15 marbles, 3 players
Three players, but each has 15 marbles: your point plus the edge of the hexagon next to it — a triangle of five rows. The goal is the same triangle at the empty point opposite. The corner holes of the hexagon are shared by your home and a neighbour's goal, so clear them as you leave.
Deadline to leave home — 40 moves, game limit — 150 rounds. Everyone plays for themselves; rating by places.
