1. Parties and subject
1.1. These Terms are a public offer by FAIRPLAY APPS DOO (ul. Železnička 20, Novi Sad, 21102, Serbia; registration number 22125290, tax ID (PIB) 115190571; support@fairplayapps.rs; "we") to any person ("you") to use the VOG online board game club: the websites vogclub.com and vogclub.games, the Windows client and the mobile apps (the "Service"). Websites and apps of other operators work under their own documents.
1.2. You accept these Terms by ticking the consent box when you register, or when you first sign in after a new version is published. Without accepting them you can use the pages open without signing in and guest games against a bot in the browser.
1.3. How we process your personal data is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy; how to behave in the Service — in the Community Guidelines. Both documents are part of these Terms.
2. Who may use the Service
2.1. The Service is intended for persons aged 16 and over. This is the Service's rule: the threshold takes into account the age of consenting on your own to the processing of ordinary personal data under the law of Serbia and the laws of EU countries. Other requirements as to legal capacity and to particular actions remain. By registering you confirm that you are at least 16; we do not ask for documents. If you are under 18, we recommend using the Service with your parents' knowledge.
2.2. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 16, we close it and delete the data. Accounts that earlier confirmed a lower age will be asked to confirm their age again.
2.3. Citizens of the Russian Federation should use the Service in the ru zone (vogclub.ru), with its operator. When registering in the com zone you confirm with a checkbox that you are not a Russian citizen: it is your statement, we do not ask for documents. Owners of earlier accounts are asked the same question after signing in if there are signs of a link with Russia — Russia as the stated country, connecting from Russia now or within the last 12 months, signing in with Yandex or VK, an email address in a Russian domain, or the Russian interface language. The signs are only a reason to offer you to clarify the information: they do not prove citizenship, and their absence does not mean you are not a Russian citizen; without them we do not ask. While there is no answer and a sign remains, we repeat the question every three months, without restricting access; we do not treat "no answer" as "not a Russian citizen". A wrong answer can be corrected through support. Those who answer "Russian citizen" will be offered a move to the ru zone — a separate account with the Russian operator; the historical com account is kept, and you can still play with com players from ru, through the VOG federation; an active membership is granted by the ru zone itself on moving — until the same end date, after the right is confirmed by signing in to the former com account; transferring ratings is not required for this. If no move happens, the com account switches to archive mode: before any restriction we will send a notice with the date and the options; in archive mode your history, data export, correction of wrong details through support and account deletion remain available, but not playing, chat or profile editing.
3. Account
3.1. You need an account to play with other people. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, with a passkey, or through the sign-in services available in your country.
3.2. You are responsible for access to your email and to the devices you sign in from, and you do not hand your account over to others. One account — one person; several accounts are allowed as long as they are not used to get around restrictions or distort ratings.
3.3. A nickname must not mislead (impersonate another player, the Service team or an organisation), be offensive or break the law. We may change an unsuitable nickname.
3.4. You can delete your account at any time in the profile settings ("Account" section, "Delete account"); what happens then is described in section 9 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
4. Using the Service
4.1. You can play with other players and bots, take part in tournaments, lessons and conversations under the rules of the games, the rooms and the Community Guidelines.
4.2. It is forbidden to:
- use hints, software or help from others in games against people unless the room rules allow it; play on someone else's behalf;
- agree on results, lose games on purpose to boost someone's rating, or use several accounts to inflate ratings;
- interfere with the Service: exploit vulnerabilities (report a vulnerability you find to security@vogclub.com — without accessing other people's data, disrupting the Service or publishing it), collect data automatically, create load, get around restrictions and bans;
- break the Community Guidelines or the law.
4.3. The Service does not run games for money and does not pay cash prizes. Bets of money, property or other valuables on the outcome of a game are forbidden, including agreements to hand over winnings outside the Service.
5. Paid features
5.1. There are currently no paid features in the Service: membership and other features cannot be paid for, and we do not accept payment details. Membership granted free of charge (as a promotion) or taken out earlier in the club remains valid until the date shown in the profile settings, "Membership" section.
5.2. If paid features appear, what they include, the price, the period and how payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds work will be set out in a new version of these Terms before payment starts, and the processing of payment data — in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5.3. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to be restricted by contract are not affected.
6. Restrictions
6.1. If you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, we may: remove a message, temporarily stop you from writing in chat, temporarily or permanently close your access to a room, a game server or the whole Service, change your nickname, adjust the results and ratings of games played in breach of the rules.
6.2. A restriction for a breach does not release you from liability under the law.
7. Content created by users
7.1. You keep your rights to your messages, nickname and profile. You allow us, free of charge, to store them and show them to other users of the Service to the extent the Service needs, for as long as they are kept (section 8 of the Personal Data Processing Policy).
7.2. Game records are the course of play in the Service; they are kept in the club archive and shown to other users, including after your account is deleted — with an anonymised nickname.
7.3. Do not post anything you have no rights to, or anything that breaks the law.
7.4. We may, without notice, remove or restrict access to a user's message, nickname, picture or other material if it breaks the law or the Community Guidelines, or at the request of a competent public authority.
7.5. Messages are kept for the periods stated in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Where the law requires us to keep messages and records about them longer or to provide them to competent public authorities, we do so in the manner provided by law.
7.6. Private conversations are visible to their participants while their accounts exist. Once the other participant's account is finally deleted (30 days after their request), you keep your own messages in the conversation, but their messages and nickname are no longer shown, and you cannot reply. Once your account is finally deleted, your messages and nickname disappear from your conversations for the other participants too (section 9 of the Personal Data Processing Policy).
8. Liability
8.1. We aim to keep the Service running without interruption but do not guarantee it: maintenance breaks, failures and changes to features are possible. We announce planned breaks in advance when we can.
8.2. If a rated game is interrupted through our fault, we may cancel its result.
8.3. We are not responsible for the actions of other users, but we act on complaints under the Community Guidelines.
8.4. The limitations of liability in these Terms do not apply where the law does not allow them, including in relations with consumers.
9. Changes to these Terms
9.1. A new version is published with its date; previous versions are available on this page. We tell you about significant changes when you sign in; you can keep using your account after accepting the new version.
10. Disputes
10.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The choice of law and court does not limit a consumer's mandatory rights, including the protections of their country of residence and the jurisdiction set by law.
10.2. Send claims to info@vogclub.com or support@fairplayapps.rs; we reply within 30 days. Where the law sets a different period for responding to, fulfilling or refunding your claim, that period applies. If a dispute is not resolved, it is heard by a court in Novi Sad (Serbia); a consumer may go to the court determined by consumer protection law.
11. Contacts

The Russian version of these Terms prevails.
