New game Dominoes coming soon

New games are coming to VOG soon — Dominoes, Go and Numbridge.

We are working on adapting the older games to the new interaction interfaces. At the moment you can play Reversi, Checkers and Chess — both on the web and in the legacy Windows client.

The Windows client has updated its app installation scheme, so updates will now arrive much faster: it will detect a new version on its own and offer to update.

Where possible, the games will use the old, well-tested versions of the bots. But there will be exceptions — in chess, for example, we replaced the bot with a more advanced model. In checkers we kept the old one, but in the cloud it will for now have limited capacity for running simultaneous games.

Also, new games for VOG — Dominoes, Go and Numbridge — are ready for release in the very near future.
