Delete your account
You can delete your VOG account yourself — in the app or on the website — or ask us to do it by email.
In the mobile app
Open Settings, choose "Delete account" and confirm.
On the website
Sign in at vogclub.com, open Profile → Account and click "Delete account…". Type your nickname to confirm.
By email
Write to privacy@vogclub.com from the email address of your account and give your nickname. We delete the account within 30 days and reply within 10 working days.
What is deleted
Right after the request you are signed out on all devices. After 30 days your email address, nickname, profile, profile picture, friends, sign-in methods and the account's IP addresses are deleted. Until then you can cancel the deletion by signing in again.
What remains
Games played and ratings stay in the club archive under an anonymous nickname: they are your opponents' history too. Records of accepted documents and consents are kept for 3 years after deletion. Data leaves backups as they are replaced, within 90 days at most.
